Small Show Arena
Join us for the 2025 Scholarship Auction, where your support helps provide financial assistance to graduating high school seniors who have been actively involved in the Randolph County Fair. Eligible students must have participated in fair activities for at least three years—whether through livestock showing, creative arts exhibits, pageants, volunteering, or other fair-related contributions.
Donations Welcome!
If you’d like to contribute, donated auction items can be brought to the show barn up until the start of the auction.
Thank you for investing in the future of our fair’s youth. We appreciate your support and hope to see you there!
Scholarship Requirements
Applicants must be graduating high school seniors who reside in Randolph County and plan to enroll in a college, university, trade, or technical school the following fall. The scholarship will be awarded for the same year as the student’s high school graduation and cannot be transferred to another individual.
Degree of involvement in the Randolph County Fair will be strongly considered. Applicants must have participated in fair activities for at least three years, including the year prior to graduation. While the following are examples of ways to be involved, participation is not limited to these areas. Any meaningful contribution to the fair may be considered, as long as a Fair Board member has observed or can verify the applicant’s involvement:
· Educational — Exhibiting projects in Creative Arts or assisting with fair-related educational activities
· Livestock — Showing, caring for their own animals, or helping with barn duties and livestock-related tasks
· Scholarship Auction — Participating in or assisting with auction setup, operations, or other related activities
· Mentoring — Helping educate younger exhibitors, offering guidance, or assisting with youth programs
· Livestock Shows — Participating in year-round livestock events, assisting others, or helping with pre- and post-event cleanups
· Fair Queen Pageants — Competing in the Randolph County Fair Queen or Rodeo Queen Pageant or volunteering in pageant-related activities
The scholarship application will be available online at www.randolphcountyfair.org starting in early spring 2026, with a deadline of March 1, 2026. This timeline allows the Fair Board to review applications and determine which candidate to submit to the Arkansas Fair Managers Association (AFMA) for consideration for an additional scholarship opportunity.
Thank you for supporting our Scholarship Auction for graduates. Anyone wishing to donate an item can bring their items to the show barn up until the start of the auction.
