Monday, August 26
Master Numbers will be available during the hours of 1 pm – 8 pm on the deck of the fair office.
Commercial Building A will be open from 4 pm – 10 pm.
Goats will need to be checked in from 5 pm – 8 pm at the Small Show Arena.
Tuesday, August 27
Master Numbers will be available during the hours of 8 am – 8 pm on the deck of the fair office.
Open Goats and Jr. Goat Show will be judged beginning at 9 am in the Small Show Arena.
June Simington Building will open from 10 am and will begin taking your fair entries until 8 pm. ALL items EXCEPT cut flowers and Baked Goods will need to be in place by 8 pm on this day.
The Commercial Building will open from 4 pm – 10 pm.
Line up for the Parade will begin at 5 pm downtown by the courthouse.
Parade starts at 6 pm down town from the courthouse to the fairgrounds (Route may be changed due to temperature for walkers and animals.)
Jr. Rodeo signups will start at 6:00 pm near the Horse Barn.
Jr. Rodeo will begin at 7:30 pm.
Wednesday, August 28
Master Numbers will be available at the Fair Office Deck from 8 am – 10 am for Baked Goods and Cut Flowers ONLY.
Baked Goods and Cut Flowers ONLY are to be entered in the June Simington Building this day from 8 am – 10 am ONLY.
Veterans Appreciation Day on the stage near the entrance by the high school from 10 am - 12 pm.
The June Simington Building will be closed to the public at 10 am while the judging takes place. The building will re-open following the judging and be open until 8 pm.
Commercial Building will be open to the public from 4 pm to 10 pm.
Master Numbers will be available on the Fair Office Deck for livestock from 5 pm – 8 pm.
Check in for Cattle, Ducks, Poultry, Rabbits, Sheep, Swine and Turkeys will be from 5 pm – 8 pm. Non-refundable fees will be due at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS. Weigh-in will follow check in from 5 pm—8 pm in the Small Show Arena.
Pullorum testing is required before check in for poultry. Pullorum testing will take place from 5 pm—8 pm up the hill from the cattle barn near the side entrance of the fairgrounds.
Thursday, August 29
Master Numbers will be available at the Fair Office Deck from 8 am – 12 pm. NO LATE ARRIVALS PLEASE.
Check-in for horses and ponies will be on the Fair Office Deck from 8 am – 12 pm. Non-refundable fee of $5.00 / stall will be required at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Hog show begins at 9 am at the Small Show Arena.
Open Sheep and Jr. Sheep will be judged beginning at the conclusion of the Hog Show.
June Simington Building opens from 10 am – 8 pm.
The Commercial Building will be open to the public from 4 pm – 10 pm.
Horse and Pony judging will begin at 6 pm in the Rodeo Arena.
Friday, August 30
Open and Jr. Beef and Dairy Cattle judging will begin at 9 am in the Small Show Arena.
Poultry, Rabbit, Duck and Turkey judging will begin at 9 am at the Chicken/Rabbit area.
June Simington Building will open from 10 am – 8 pm.
Commercial Building will be open to the public from 4 pm – 10 pm.
Pre-Registration for the Blue-Ribbon Sale is a MUST. Pre-registration will be from 3 pm – 5 pm at the Small Show Arena.
Bobbie Saxton will be performing from 5 pm – 8 pm on the stage near the entrance by the High School.
Blue Ribbon Auction will begin at 6 pm.
Rodeo wristbands go on sale at the Fair Office Window at 6 pm. WRISTBANDS MUST BE IN PLACE BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA.
Rodeo begins at 8 pm at the Rodeo Arena.
Saturday, August 31
Horseshoe Pitching Contest begins at 9 am near the Horse Barn.
Commercial Building will open to the public from 10 am – 10 pm.
June Simington Building will open from 10 am – 8 pm.
Wood Cutting Competition begins at 1 pm in the Small Show Arena.
Baggo starts at 2 pm near the Horse Barn.
Pre-Registration for the Scholarship Auction is a MUST. It will begin from 2 pm – 4 pm at the Small Show Arena.
The Scholarship Auction begins at 5 pm at the Small Show Arena.
Bobbie Saxton will be performing from 5 pm – 8 pm on the stage near the entrance by the High School.
Rodeo Wristbands go on sale at the Fair Office Window at 6 pm. WRISTBANDS MUST BE IN PLACE BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA.

Sunday, September 1
The June Simington Building will be open to workers at 1 pm and to the public at 2 pm—4 pm for pickup. This gives the workers time to get the master numbers together and help make pick-up easier. Please have a record of everything you brought when coming to pick up your items.
