• 8 AM – 7 PM | Master Numbers available (Fair Office Deck)

Buildings & Exhibits

• 8 AM – 8 PM | June Simington Building open (All items except Baked Goods must be in place by 7 PM)

• 2 PM – 10 PM | Commercial Building A open

 Livestock Shows

• 12 PM – 2 PM | Check-in for Open Livestock Show (Subject to change depending on entries)

• 3 PM | Open Livestock Show (Swine, Goats, Sheep, Cattle)

Tuesday, August 26

Master Numbers, Check-in, & Judging

• 8 AM – 12 PM | Master Numbers available (Fair Office Deck)

• 8 AM – 10 AM | Baked Goods ONLY accepted (June Simington Building)

• 10 AM | Judging begins in the June Simington Building

• 8 AM – 12 PM | Poultry & Rabbit Check-in

Buildings & Exhibits

• 8 AM – 8 PM | June Simington Building Open (building closes during judging, then reopens until 8 PM)

• 2 PM – 10 PM | Commercial Building A open

Evening Events

• 5 PM | Parade Line-up (Downtown near the courthouse)

• 6 PM | Parade begins (Route subject to change based on weather conditions for walkers and animals)

• 6:30 PM | Jr. Rodeo Sign-Ups (Near Horse Barn)

• 7:30 PM | Jr. Rodeo begins

Wednesday, August 27

Morning Events

• 10 AM | Veterans Appreciation Day (Stage near the High School)

Master Numbers, Check-in, & Judging

• 9 AM | Poultry & Rabbit Judging (Chicken/Rabbit Area)

• 5 PM – 8 PM | Master Numbers available

• 5 PM – 8 PM | Cattle, Goat, Sheep & Swine Check-in

• 5 PM – 8 PM | Weigh-in follows check-in (Small Show Arena)

Buildings & Exhibits

• 10 AM – 8 PM | June Simington Building open

• 2 PM – 10 PM | Commercial Building A open

Thursday, August 28

Master Numbers, Check-in, & Judging

• 8 AM – 12 PM | Master Numbers & Check-in for Horses, Ponies, Donkeys & Mules (Fair Office Deck) No late arrivals!

• 8 AM | Junior Goat Show (Small Show Arena)

• Following Goat Show | Junior Sheep Show (Small Show Arena)

• 5 PM | Horse, Pony, Donkey & Mule Judging (Rodeo Arena)

• 2 PM – 10 PM | Commercial Building A open

Friday, August 29

Check-in & Judging

• 8 AM | Junior Swine Show (Small Show Arena)

• Following Swine Show | Junior Cattle Show (Small Show Arena)

• 6 PM | Blue Ribbon Sale (Small Show Arena)

• 6 PM | Rodeo Wristbands go on sale at Fair Office Window (must be worn before entering arena)

• 8 PM | Rodeo begins (Rodeo Arena)

Saturday, August 30

• 9 AM | Horseshoe Pitching Contest (Near Horse Barn)

• 1 PM | Wood Cutting Competition (Small Show Arena)

• 2 PM | Baggo Tournament (Near Horse Barn)

• 10 AM – 6 PM | June Simington Building open

·         4 PM – 6 PM | Item Check-Out (This is the ONLY time to pick up your items—please plan accordingly!)
